How To Make Spaghetti Bolognese

       Ingredients

  • ½ kg of Minced meat
  • ½ a packet of Spaghetti
  • ½ Knorr Beef cube
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Cooking oil
  • Tomato paste
  • Tomato sauce (optional)

Procedure

First, start by cutting the spaghetti to desired size then place the spaghetti in hot water and boil until ready to eat. Ensure that you don’t drain the water from the spaghetti. This enables it to be easy to mix with the minced meat.

Preparing the minced meat

In a sufuria, put the diced onions, cooking oil, and let this fry for 2 minutes till golden brown. Add the minced meat immediately and stir till the minced meat starts getting an even golden brown color.

Add a ½ cup of water and cover with a lead for 7 minutes. Once the meat is cooked, add the ½ Knorr beef cube, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of salt to taste, and tomato paste. Add water and cover with a lead. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to ensure that the tomato paste cooks well.

Stir the minced meat and leave it to continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

Once you are done with the minced meat preparation, drain off the water from the spaghetti. Add the spaghetti into the minced meat and stir thoroughly.
