Weight loss for some takes so long that it starts to seem like a façade. Reality hits even harder when shopping. Finding clothes that fit is a daunting task. Some people buy clothes because they fit rather than because they like them.

Women begin to think that cute dresses are a preserve for petite ladies. Men begin to think that a tee can do for any occasion (Wrong! – if you are a man and you do this, you need to invest in a few shirts – just something different). Anyone can lose weight fast, and fit in the clothes he or she desires.
Losing weight is not easy, you need discipline, motivation, and total dedication. To get that dream body, EAT right, and exercise. It’s not easy, but with the right motivation, you will get there.

What do you do to get that motivation and measure your progress?
- Buy a dress or shirt that you love – a smaller size than you are – work out, eat right, and try it on after sometime. The aim of trying that pretty dress or nice shirt – you will be motivated to lose weight fast.
- Use a tape measure to measure your waist and see if you are getting there. You could also check your weight regularly to find out how far you are.
Here are a few steps to follow on how to lose weight fast:
1. Ease up on starches and sugary foods
Starchy and sugary foods stimulate the secretion of insulin. Insulin is a fat regulation hormone in the human body. When insulin reduces, fat gets out of the fat stores. The body now starts to burn the fat instead of the carbs. If you lower insulin in your body, the kidney shed excess water and sodium from your body. This helps reduce bloating in your stomach.

2. Eat vegetables, protein, and fats
With each meal that you take, try to include proteins, vegetables, and a bit of fat. If you take your meals this way, you will bring down your carb intake. Proteins include meats, fish, and eggs.
For great vegetables, you can take broccoli, spinach, cucumber, cabbage, and lettuce.
Fat sources include coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, and butter.

3. Exercise at least three times a week
Do a few sit-ups, lift some weights, and do some planks. You can also do some cardio exercises like swimming, running, and walking. These exercises will help you lose fast.
