How To Prepare Delicious Lamb Chops
Prepare Some Lamb chops at Home
1kg of lamb chop ribs
1 table spoon of salt
Cup of barbecue sauce
Roll of aluminum foil
Firstly, ensure that the meat you purchase is tender. Essentially, tender meat is easier to cook and also happens to be tastier. Your butcher has a lot to do with the quality of lamb chops. Ensure that your butcher stocks high quality meat; not old (age) and worn out animals.
Begin by removing excess fat from the ribs.
In a large pot, put the 1 kg of lamb chops. To the lamb chop ribs, add a table spoon of garlic powder, salt, rosemary herb, and Spanish paprika. Add some water and allow the ribs to simmer for about 15 minutes; the aim is to tenderize the meat. The aim of boiling the ribs together with the spices is to allow the meat soak in the flavor; kind of like marinating the ribs.
Turn on the oven to 1600 C
After the 5 minutes of simmering, remove the ribs and place them on a tray. Using a brush or your hands, apply the barbecue sauce to the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and cover them with aluminum foil. Leave this in the oven and allow the ribs to bake for 1½ hours.
Once the ribs are well baked, cut the ribs into the desired pieces and serve with your favorite accompaniment.
